That is why we have house rules for visitors. You can find them clearly listed here.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reserve a time slot in advance via the website, arrive on time (within the hour of the time slot)<\/li>\n<li>We ask visitors to wear appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes when visiting the lighthouse; flip-flops, bathing slippers and swimwear are not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>Children under the age of 13 are welcome at the lighthouse when accompanied by an adult.<\/li>\n<li>Running and shouting are not permitted in the lighthouse or on the grounds.<\/li>\n<li>Pushchairs, balance bikes and (stunt) scooters are not allowed in the lighthouse; there is space to store them on the ground floor, at your own risk.<\/li>\n<li>Visitors must treat our collection, the building and the outdoor area with care; any damage caused by visitors is their responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly recognisable, certified assistance dogs are welcome in the museum; other animals are not.<\/li>\n<li>Visitors who are unable to move around the museum independently may bring one companion free of charge upon presentation of a valid companion card or doctor&#8217;s certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Food and drinks are not permitted in the lighthouse.<\/li>\n<li>The entire lighthouse and outdoor area are smoke-free; e-cigarettes are also not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>Have you lost something in the museum? We keep lost property for a maximum of two months.<\/li>\n<li>There is CCTV surveillance both inside the museum and outside, and the recordings are temporarily stored by Vuurtoren Texel.<\/li>\n<li>Please always follow the instructions of our staff.\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Do you have any questions before your visit?
